Procurement & Contract Support Specialist (Contract, 6+ Months) Location: Remote — Open to all U.S. regions (EST/CST preferred) Employment Type: Contract, 6+ months (potential extension) Industry: Professional Services / Big 4 Consulting About The Opportunity We’re seeking a Procurement & Contract Support Specialist to join the internal procurement team of a Big 4 consulting firm. This is a fast-moving, high-impact contract opportunity supporting the team’s indirect procurement function — managing the purchase orders, order forms, and statements of work (SOWs) behind the firm’s internal IT purchasing, including hardware, software, and telecom vendors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time. What You’ll Do Process and manage purchase orders, order forms, and SOWs for existing IT vendor relationships Support procurement of hardware (laptops, accessories) through established resellers Coordinate on software and licensing needs for internal business use Work within a structured, regulated corporate environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance across vendor documentation Manage a high volume of contract-related administrative work under tight timelines Collaborate closely with the internal procurement team and stakeholders across the business What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, or vendor management role Indirect procurement experience required (purchasing goods/services used internally, not materials for resale) Comfort working with contracts, purchase orders, and order forms (legal or paralegal background not required) Experience operating within a large, complex, or regulated corporate environment — professional services background preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of detailed work with tight turnaround times High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Additional Details Compensation is competitive and based on experience and location Interview process moves quickly — qualified candidates should apply as soon as possible
