Procurement Coordinator
Location: Abilene, TX
Pay
$38–$45/hour based on experience
Per Diem: $900/week paid for days worked if all qualifications are met
Schedule
6 days on, 10-hour shifts (6/10s)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a procurement log inclusive of submittal approvals, engineering review process, and manufacturing delivery
- Coordinate with Engineering and Scheduling departments to ensure material deliveries align with installation milestones
- Track purchase orders and vendor commitments
- Expedite critical materials and long-lead items
- Coordinate submittal approvals with procurement activities
- Monitor delivery schedules and status reports
- Support pricing and change order requests
- Coordinate with Quality and Commissioning Manager on equipment preservation procedures
- Coordinate with vendors to receive operation and maintenance manuals for all MMR-installed equipment
- Communicate supply risks to project leadership
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem-solve, and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated flexibility and creativity
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance at work
