Processor - Level 2

You will play a crucial role in managing and processing complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to the smooth operation of our processing systems while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This on-site role is based in Greer, SC and reports directly to the ISC Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in processing to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processing workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in processing roles with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of transaction processing systems and ability to follow complex procedures.
• Proficiency in data entry and use of relevant software tools to ensure efficient processing.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve processing issues effectively.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in processing or operations is a plus.
• Experience in a similar processing or operational role within a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing processes.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate for continuous improvement.
