Processor II

About the role

This is a full time remote position and you must reside in one of the following footprint states: AL, GA, FL, TN, TX. The Postsale Foreclosure Processor is responsible for primarily drafting foreclosure deeds for the states of AL, GA and TN. Position will also entail managing a postsale inbox where inquiries are received regarding postsale items and updating steps within client systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft foreclosure deeds for the states of AL, GA and TN.
• Record foreclosure deeds for the states of AL, GA and TN.
• Manage team e-mail boxes.
• Update steps which become due in client's systems (e.g. BKFS/LPS, SSE, Tempo).
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Three years of foreclosure experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Identifies and solves issues in a timely manner.
• Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary.
• Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task.
• Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
