Processor - Level 2
You will play a crucial role in managing and processing complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives. This on-site role is based in Torrance, CA and reports directly to the Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify transactions accurately according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in processing to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processing workflows and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in processing roles with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of transaction processing systems and ability to follow complex procedures.
- Proficiency in data entry and use of relevant software tools to ensure efficient processing.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve processing issues effectively.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in processing or operations is a plus.
- Experience in a similar processing or operational role within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing processes.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate for continuous improvement.
