Position Overview

The Processing Specialist I at Premium Audio Company provides transactional and administrative support to the Customer Service/Product Support function. This role includes responding to customer inquiries, collecting and processing orders, and coordinating with logistics and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and text messaging using established scripts, tools, and procedures.
  • Collect required customer and order information and accurately create and update cases within the support ticketing system.
  • Enter and process warranty and non-warranty orders in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Set up and process warranty exchanges under defined guidelines.
  • Cook with and process shipping issues and order discrepancies.
  • Aid customers with website sales inquiries and guided transaction support.
  • Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

What To Bring

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • One or more years of customer service or administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.
  • Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern.
