Processing Clerk

About the role

Assist Costco members via inbound calls and chat. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to, researching membership issues, providing product information and safety answers, supporting membership and billing inquiries, handling Executive Rewards questions, and recording member suggestions and other feedback. The role requires using multiple systems simultaneously to deliver excellence in member service.
