Process Operator, 1st Shift CFR

About the role

The Machine Operator will provide for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations. They will comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim, and condensed specifications. Understanding the process of the RO, separation of milk, and all related equipment, including the evaporator and dryer, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condensed specifications.
• Understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer.
• Engage in cross training to support business needs.
• Schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as required.

Requirements

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation as required.
• Starting wage: $29.29/hr. Pay range: $29.29- $31.14/hr.
• Eligibility for wage increases every 6 months for the first 24 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating similar machinery.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
