About the role

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst (Level 2/3) to join the Industrial Engineering Team based in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where responsibilities evolve frequently. Adaptability is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages.
• Monitors performance to established labor hour estimates.
• Assists in identifying and implementing process improvements by analyzing current processes and using established improvement methodologies to maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel, supporting company improvement initiatives.
• Analyzes changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events, assessing impact on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
• Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses complex integrated shop operating plans to maximize efficiency, reduce inventory, and meet cost and schedule commitments.
• Gathers and analyzes shop performance metrics to support recommended plans of action for Production Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics.
• Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
• 1+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• An ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
• 3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Pay

Salary is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

• Associate level: $73,100 - $98,900
• Mid-level: $89,250 - $120,750
