Process Analyst

About the role

This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality
• Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes
• Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards
• Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles
• Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar)
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Bachelor's degree required

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, or digital transformation initiatives
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification
• Consulting or process improvement experience
