About the role
This position is part of a pipeline requisition created to identify and engage qualified consultants for anticipated, upcoming client work. While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements
- Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality
- Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes
- Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards
- Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles
- Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, or digital transformation initiatives
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification
- Consulting or process improvement experience
