Responsibilities
- Identify lead time, waste, and process inefficiency at scale and translate findings into clear, executive-ready documentation and improvement recommendations
- Facilitate a current-state discovery workshop with senior business stakeholders while building out a polished future-state process map
- Work alongside engineering and technology resources while focusing on process design
- Effectively partner with implementation teams
Qualifications
- Minimum Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (Green or Black Belt is a plus)
- 2+ years of process engineering or continuous improvement experience, with ownership or support of current-state and future-state process mapping deliverables on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Demonstrated ability to support structured facilitation workshops with senior and cross-functional business stakeholders
- Proficiency in DMAIC, Lean, value stream mapping, and structured waste/lead time identification methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clean, executive-ready process documentation and present findings to senior program leadership
- Comfortable working independently once deliverable standards are established; able to manage workstreams without close oversight in a remote engagement model
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences environments
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, particularly testing, build, or deployment phases
- Prior exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) or test script design process environments
- Experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment with global or multi-region operating complexity

Pay
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
