About the role
The Process Analyst at Lynden Door supports the organization through data analysis, process development, and systems improvement, focusing on automation and ERP integration. In the first six months, you'll work across departments as an internal consultant, mapping requirements, streamlining workflows, and delivering high-impact, low-hanging wins that benefit the whole organization.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across departments by humbly serving the needs of others.
- Partner with cross-functional teams using Lean CI tools to map, improve, document, and automate business processes, consolidating tools with the ERP where possible.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive fact-based decisions that reflect multiple team perspectives.
- Identify and prioritize process re-engineering opportunities for standardization, scalability, and efficiency—removing waste and streamlining workflows.
- Serve as a strategic bridge between operations and IT, supporting ERP software and manufacturing business processes.
- Develop project plans, coordinate training, and communicate status to keep initiatives on track and objectives met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or other engineering), MIS, Computer Science, or other process-related education or experience.
- Intermediate SQL skills and comfort tracing data through database tables; strong numeric analysis ability.
- Proficiency in technical writing, MS Visio, and process/workflow mapping.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools—Kaizen, VSM, 5S, 7 Deadly Wastes, SMED, and structured problem-solving.
- Strong facilitation, interviewing, and cross-functional collaboration skills that translate into completed projects.
- High emotional intelligence around organizational change, with a proven ability to anticipate next steps and act on them.
- Intermediate project management skills and a hands-on, get-it-done mindset.

- Hourly Wage: $25 - 48/Hr
