Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support production operations by assisting with deviation investigations, containment activities, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement corrective actions.
• Perform process confirmations and compliance checks within manufacturing operations.
• Review batch production records and related documentation as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications and company systems to document findings, track actions, and support operational activities.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Average of 3 years of manufacturing experience with an associate degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience supporting environmental monitoring activities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing documentation preferred.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
