Process Analyst

About the role

A process analyst is needed to analyze and improve business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using tools such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Document process improvements and maintain process documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
