Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings to gather details needed for estate matters and prepare documentation through each stage of the administration process.
- Prepare, revise, and organize legal paperwork related to family law, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Support attorneys by assembling filings, drafting case-related documents, and coordinating follow-up communications with clients.
- Maintain accurate case records, monitor important dates, and help ensure deadlines are met across active matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, courts, and outside parties, providing clear and effective communication.
- Assist with document management and general administrative support that contributes to the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of paralegal experience is required.
- A background in probate, family law, or estate planning is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow matters through to completion.
- Proficiency in document preparation and case management.
- Willingness to contribute to broader office support when needed.
Qualifications
This is a unique opportunity to work as a paralegal without the pressure of billable hours and overtime. You will primarily support attorneys and clients in matters involving probate administration, but a background in family law or general civil litigation would be relevant.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
