Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
