About the role

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community, located in the picturesque driftless region of southwest Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Work six shifts per month, at least three of which must be on a weekend.
• Work one summer and one winter holiday (as available).
• Provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse.
• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs.
• Ensure the provision of person-centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehab.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including AM, PM, and NOC shifts.
• Willingness to work in various shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.

Benefits

Pay

• LPN: $26.50-34.00 per hour, based on experience.
• RN: $35.50-$46.00 per hour, based on experience.

• AM, PM, or NOC shifts available.
• 8 hour or 12 hour shifts available.
