About the role

Epic Willow Analysts are the primary support contacts for Pharmacy applications. They coordinate issues that arise for their application areas and must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations. They should understand how Epic applications integrate data and where each piece of data within a workflow originates and contributes to quality outcomes. They need familiarity with pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences, as well as an understanding of various integration points.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issues arising from Epic applications
• Make decisions about the urgency and seriousness of calls
• Serve as a liaison between technical staff and diverse customer groups
• Escalate appropriately to resolve issues
• Perform additional duties as needed based on operational, business, or project requirements

Requirements

• Familiarity with healthcare organization's pharmacy workflows
• Understanding of regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of patient experiences
• Understanding of various integration points

Qualifications

• EPIC Willow certification required
