About the role

Epic Willow Certification Required. Epic Willow Analysts are the primary support contact for Pharmacy applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate issues arising for application areas.
• Be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, quality standards, and business operations.
• Understand where each piece of data within a respective workflow originates and its contribution to quality outcomes.
• Familiarize with pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences.
• Understand a wide array of integration points.
• Make decisions regarding the urgency and seriousness of calls.
• Serve as a liaison between technical staff and various customers.
• Escalate appropriately to resolve issues.
• Perform duties outside the job description on a temporary basis, depending on operations, business, or project needs.
