Private Duty Nurse RN

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients, including assessments, medication administration, and management of complex conditions and equipment.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate caregivers and ensure accurate documentation and safety.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care and promote patient safety.
• Support patient and family education.
