About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care in an electronic format
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate nature are essential.
