About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following care plans and physician orders. The role involves assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, developing and updating care plans, and implementing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
The RN educates patients and families on disease management and self-care, maintains compliance with healthcare policies and regulations, and adheres to infection control standards.
Qualifications
- An active, unencumbered RN license
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within 12 months
Preferred candidates have at least six months of clinical experience; home health experience is a plus.
