Private Duty Nurse LVN - Nights (Part Time / Full Time)

About the role

The Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides skilled nursing care under RN supervision, documenting assessments, interventions, and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Document activities promptly
• Implement care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid, active LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Prior clinical experience preferred
