Private Duty Nurse LVN - Nights (Part Time / Full Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves delivering and documenting patient care according to care plans and physician orders, assessing patient conditions, and reporting changes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and documenting patient care according to care plans and physician orders
• Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes
• Education of patients and families
• Maintaining infection control standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred six months of clinical experience
• Additional state-specific requirements may apply
