Private Duty Nurse LVN - Night Shifts (Part Time / Full Time)

Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following care plans and physician orders.Assessing patient conditions, documenting activities, and updating care plans.Implementing interventions to meet patient needs and prevent risks.Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care.Ensuring infection control and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.Six months of clinical experience preferred but not required.Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Skills & Requirements Attention to detail, effective time management, and strong communication skills.Ability to work independently in diverse environments, including exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases.Physical ability to perform patient repositioning, lifting, and mobility tasks.Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and adherence to policies.
