Private Duty Nurse LVN - Night Shifts (Part Time / Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Providing and documenting skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
• Updating and participating in care planning and implementing nursing actions
• Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention
• Ensuring infection control and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
• Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel

• Strong problem-solving skills and time management
• Ability to respond physically and mentally to emergency situations

Physical & Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, reposition patients, and perform prolonged walking, standing, and bending
• Sufficient visual, auditory, and tactile acuity
• Capable of functioning in diverse environments, including exposure to bodily fluids and infectious agents
