Private Duty Nurse LVN - Night Shifts (Part Time / Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Providing and documenting skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes, and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Updating nursing care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring infection control standards.
• Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
• Preferred: Six months of clinical nursing or home health experience.
• Reliable transportation required.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and respond to emergencies.

Physical & Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stand, bend, and reposition patients.
