Private Duty Nurse LVN - Days/Nights

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months.
• Preferably six months of clinical nursing experience, home health experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond effectively in emergencies.

Key Duties

• Provide compassionate, compliant nursing care, document activities, monitor patient status, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Adapt to various environments, maintain professional standards, and support patient safety and well-being.
