About the role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with low acuity needs such as feeding tubes and seizures.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with low acuity needs such as feeding tubes and seizures
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through personalized patient care
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Collaborating with team members to support patient health

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation required
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
