Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including gtube management and non-mobile care.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes, utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Support patients and families with clinical needs and maintain compliance with health standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
