Join a leading home healthcare provider as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate, skilled nursing care to infant patients with low acuity, non-mobile conditions, including gtube management.Ensuring clinical outcomes through attentive patient care and teamwork.Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
