Join a patient-focused healthcare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities Include Providing compassionate, high-quality homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including gtube management and non-mobile care.Ensuring clinical outcomes through skilled nursing interventions and collaboration with caregivers.Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.Supporting patients and families with empathetic and personalized care. Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation.Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
