Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
