About the role

Join a leading private duty nursing team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), providing compassionate, high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs
• Maintain compliance with licensing, CPR, and TB testing requirements

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
