About the role
Provide compassionate homecare for pediatric clients with low acuity.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient care for pediatric clients with low acuity, including feeding tube management
- Documenting care electronically using in-home tablets
- Collaborating with a team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
- Supporting patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
