Private Duty LPN/LVN - Feeding Tube (New Patient)

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with varying acuity levels, including low-acuity patients with gtube and high-acuity patients with gtube, trach, and vent.
• Delivering care during day or night shifts with flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available post‑hire).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
