Private Duty LPN/LVN - Feeding Tube (New Patient)

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care for pediatric patients with varying acuity levels, including low-acuity patients on gtube and high-acuity patients with trach, vent, and gtube needs
• Administering treatments, monitoring patient status, and documenting care electronically
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Supporting patients and families with compassionate, empathetic care during home visits

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; training assistance available post-hire if needed
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation and at least six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred
