Private Duty LPN/LVN - Feeding Tube (New Patient)

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled nursing care for diverse pediatric patients, including infants with low to high acuity needs such as gtube, trach, and vent management.
• Delivering care across flexible shifts, including overnight, day, or night hours, with options for 10 or 12-hour schedules.
• Utilizing electronic documentation through in-home tablets, ensuring accurate patient records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, with transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training support available post-hire).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
