Private Duty Nurse LPN - Feeding Tube Child

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients with seizures and feeding tubes.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes through skilled nursing interventions.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Key Duties

• Deliver home-based clinical care to children in a family-centered environment.
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, based on availability.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and documentation standards.
• Participate in skill development and training opportunities.
