Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with seizures and feeding tubes
- Ensuring patient safety and well-being in a home setting
- Documenting care electronically using tablets in each patient’s home
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Deliver personalized nursing care in a home environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
- Support families and patients through compassionate, family-centered care
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience

- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication, especially with Spanish-speaking families
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
