Private Duty LPN/LVN - Feeding Tube Toddler

About the role

Provide compassionate homecare as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for toddlers with low acuity needs, including gtube and CPAP management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care in patients' homes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using provided tablets.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Participate in skill development and paid training opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Schedule
