The team collaborates with private equity investors across the full transaction lifecycle—from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. Responsibilities

Engagement Managers lead projects day to day, overseeing due diligence and post-transaction engagements that support private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing due diligence and post-transaction engagements
  • Ensuring findings are insightful and data-driven
  • Providing strategic thought leadership and managing technical and operational execution details
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have most of the following:

  • Professional experience with commercial and operational due diligence in a management consulting firm
  • Experience working across or within industries within Private Equity
  • Knowledge and in-depth experience with customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.)
  • A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Fluency in English
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn new skills and apply existing ones
  • Creativity and the ability to generate novel ideas to solve complex client problems
  • Aptitude for analytical work, including extracting insights from large data sets and identifying key issues in complex challenges
  • Ability to work effectively and respectfully within a high-performing team

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $225,000 – $240,000. Base pay is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
