About the role
Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). It aims to address the common challenges faced by finance teams, such as data scattered across various systems, extensive use of spreadsheets, and significant time spent reconciling data.
Responsibilities
- Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflows
- Be the trusted point of contact for finance teams as they expand their Aleph implementation
- Identify adoption gaps and drive usage across your customer portfolio
- Surface customer feedback to product and engineering – your input shapes the roadmap
- Help make onboarding repeatable and reliable as we scale
Requirements
- 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or private equity (PE-backed company or fund-side)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
- Ownership mentality; you don't wait to be told what needs fixing
- Clear communicator who builds trust quickly with finance stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in parallel
- Comfortable on a remote team
