About the role

Santander Private Banking International provides comprehensive financial advice and services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Our mission is to build long-term, multi-generational relationships through a global network that leverages local expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of affluent clientele with minimum $4MM in liquid/investable assets.
  • Main point of contact for the client, adopting a proactive and disciplined approach to expand and retain existing relationships and acquire new clients.
  • Facilitate efficient and accurate interactions between the client and investing business partners.
  • Partner with the Investment Advisor to capture a greater share of client wallet, working on the same book of business.
  • Cultivate, manage, and retain high-net-worth client relationships, expanding Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Provide real-time investment insights and flawlessly execute client portfolio decisions using a deep knowledge of wealth management products.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies, maximize cross-business synergies, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

  • Successful candidates must have direct experience as a banker/business development role acquiring and developing high net worth clients in Brazil.
  • Passion for building long-term and multigenerational relationships and thriving in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a book of clients covering Brazil.
  • Consistently meet Asset Under Management (AUM) and net new money targets.
  • Deep knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and risk management.
  • Expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent experience.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is $112,500.00 USD to $190,000.00 USD annually. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
