About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch and superior service experience to a portfolio of affluent clientele with a minimum of $4MM in liquid/investable assets.
• Expand and retain existing relationships and acquire new clients.
• Facilitate efficient and accurate interactions between the client and investing business partners.
• Partner with the Investment Advisor to capture a greater share of client wallet.
• Cultivate, manage, and retain HNW client relationships, expanding Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Provide real-time investment insights and flawlessly execute client portfolio decisions.
• Develop targeted sales strategies, maximize cross-business synergies, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and managing a book of clients covering Brazil.
• Consistently meet Asset Under Management (AUM) and net new money targets.
• Deep knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and risk management.
• Expertise in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

What Else You Need To Know

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum Base Pay Range: $112,500.00 USD
Maximum: $190,000.00 USD
