About the role
We are seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team. This role will leverage AI tools to support the hiring process, but final decisions will be made by humans.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies used in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives and improve organizational performance.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
