About the role

We are seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to join our remote team. This role will leverage AI tools to support the hiring process, but final decisions will be made by humans.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies used in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives and improve organizational performance.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
