For our client, we are seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. In this remote leadership recruiting role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business and HR leaders on complex search processes. You will build trusted relationships, strengthen talent pipelines, and help shape the hiring approach for critical senior and niche roles across the organization. This position will also play a key role in improving candidate experience, assessment practices, and market intelligence to support high-quality hiring outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $103,700 – $163,020 annually Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR on senior search processes Improve candidate and stakeholder experiences through continuous improvement initiatives Identify and engage internal candidates for senior positions in partnership with HR Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship development with external prospects Develop compelling employee value propositions to attract specialized senior talent Partner with Talent Management to improve candidate assessment practices and support integrated recruitment strategies Track talent acquisition trends and provide actionable market insights to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership recruitment Proven track record of sourcing and securing senior-level talent through strategic relationship building Experience recruiting across diverse senior and niche positions, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and technology Ability to manage recruitment for multiple roles with varied seniority levels Strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills for candidate engagement Experience managing confidential searches with discretion Benefits Learning and growth opportunities to support professional success Commitment to fostering a welcoming and respectful workplace culture Career and development opportunities to help employees reach their full potential Exceptional health and wellness benefits alongside a competitive compensation package Paid time off benefits along with tuition reimbursement and profit sharing Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
