About the role

The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles within the organization. The role requires strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business goals
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure candidate experiences are seamless
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including resume review, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and employment
  • Continuously improving processes through data analysis and feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field
  • Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with ATS systems and other recruitment technologies

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into the recruitment process
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
