Responsibilities
The Principal Specialist, HR Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups. Models Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems
- Executes critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisition
- Collaborates with Center of Excellence Partners
- Models consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
- Drives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development
- Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications in support of strategic objectives
- Investigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations. Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
Requirements
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in handling employee relations issues
- Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels, clearly and articulately present ideas, and influence decision-making
- Strong business acumen and business perspective
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Demonstrated integrity and strong judgment
- Interpret and consistently apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Schedule
Ability to work onsite in Aurora, CO, Richardson, TX or McKinney, TX as needed
