About the role
The Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner (HREP) will support designated customer groups within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities Organization. They will execute HR processes, serve as a trusted advisor, and focus on maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Partner with Center of Excellence Partners to broker solutions to business problems
- Model consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
- Drive Talent Management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer, and high-potential development
- Communicate and implement proactive strategies for employee relations, training, leadership development, and employee communications
- Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues and Ethics-related case investigations
Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in handling employee relations issues
- Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning
